Do I have humour?
A spiritual life without humour is like a flower which gets too less fresh water, it fades a bit and it looses its special smell.
A spiritual life without humour is like a ‘perfect’ child that doesn’t run around, play and laugh.
A spiritual life without humour can get very narrow minded and fascist.
Do you have humour?
Can you laugh about yourself?
Can you make others laugh?
Do you see the humour in the spiritual path you have chosen to go?
Do you sometimes laugh or at least smile during meditation?
Do you have humour if someone gives you ‘tough’ feedback about how he/she experiences you?
Can you laugh about your inabilities and shadow sides?
Could you tell your life- story in a way that makes others and yourself laugh?
Can you laugh about embarrassing situations which you get into?
In which situation/looking back at which situation could you use humour?
