About what freedom is and not is we could lose ourselves in philosophical books. It is clear that it is not so obvious what freedom is, but that we need to feel free anyway.
We can be physically free but feel imprisoned anyway. Our thoughts can influence our feelings so dramatically, that we may live worse than someone who is physically imprisoned.
To achieve inner freedom we can do counselling and work on ourselves.
We don’t know how much in our life is really determined, or how much we are free, but to keep our own responsibility it is important to trust in our self- determination and in the freedom of our spirit.
