We need hugs. Hugging increases the power of our immune system and of our self esteem.
A good hug takes at least half a minute and some deep breathes. Any time is the best time for it.
– Hug your beloved ones at least once a day!
– If you need a hug, go and ask for it!
– If you see someone who could need a hug, go and give a hug!
– Introduce people of your family and friends into the art of hugging, the more hugging partners you have, the better life gets!
