To have boundaries and protection is a physical and also an emotional and spiritual need.
Physically our skin and our instincts give us the limit and protection we need for our survival and our well-being. Emotionally we have to set boundaries to protect ourselves from consuming or overwhelming energies.
To set our limits means to safe our territory and our competence.
It is a delicate task to find a balance between protecting ourselves and staying open.
What is the quality of your boundaries?
How do you feel when people come close to you?
Do you feel when someone comes too close and overwhelms you?
How do you feel in your body when someone crosses over your boundaries?
How do you feel when you have intimate contact to someone you like/love?
Do you want to be more open, what do you need to make that achievable?
Having drawn this card it is maybe time to observe and feel into your way of setting boundaries?
Maybe it is time to tear down some old walls that keep you isolated?
Maybe it is time to stand up and say “No! ….I don’t want to…!” to someone?
Maybe it is time to be grateful that you feel safe and loved?
