We need commitments to build up trust, to be able to surrender, to increase the feeling of belonging, to help us get responsible and to gain and give respect.
Commitments ease our social lives and our relationships and protect our rights and needs.
Commitments give stability and still the content is up to us, to our needs and wishes.
Commitments are incredible supportive in the relationship with ourselves. They help us to believe in ourselves, they help us to increase our self- esteem, and they help us in difficult times.
Having drawn this card it is maybe time to ask yourself, if you are loyal to yourself when making commitments with others?
Maybe it is time to ask yourself how able to compromise you are when making commitments?
Maybe it is time to speak out to someone that your commitment is not taken seriously, or that you want to change something about a commitment?
Maybe it is time to feel grateful that you feel safe, respected and free because of the clear commitments you have in your life?
