Controling your mind
An uncontrolled mind keeps on running without our wish, or won’t work properly if we want it to. To learn to control your mind you can do exercises as the following:
- Meditate regularly
- If you feel distracted or restless, imagine that your mind is like a spotlight that you can target on any beautiful, peaceful thought you want to.
- Imagine that you have a button with which you can turn down the speed of your thoughts.
- Use mantras and affirmations. Use your mind regularly to be trustful, grateful, creative and to let your light shine
