We need to have clear intentions, to sustain positive habits, actions and behaviour.
Having clear intentions and keeping up to those is taking ourselves serious, is taking responsibility for increasing our self esteem and changing our lives.
The clearer an intention is, the more we can say farewell to dysfunctional habits.
Having a clear intention is not promising yourself: “I will try to do the exercises regularly!”, or “I should now really speak with my father!”, it is saying: “I will do the exercises every morning!”, or “I will speak to my father on Monday!”
Having drawn this card it is maybe time for you to figure out what you want to change and work on a clear intention to which you can keep up?
Maybe it is time to not have too many intentions at the same time?
Maybe it is time to differentiate between ‘try’ and ‘do’?
Maybe it is time to be grateful that you can figure out clear intentions to really do the changes you want to have?
