We need a positive perception in our life, otherwise we may have too many reasons to be frustrated and poor.
We need to ‘re-frame’ what we experience, see things not only from a different angle but from a positive perspective. While we re-frame with our mind our feelings get positively influenced.
We can re-frame any life situation, even if it is very painful and not easy to accept.
Re-framing is not sarcasm neither it is telling a lie to ourselves. It helps us to experience that there is never only a shadow without a light.
Re-framing has to be practised, it is not always easy to find the enlightened side of a difficult situation.
Re-framing is: “My life has begun new, I’ve got a lot of new exciting opportunities”, instead of: “My boyfriend has left me, now I am alone. I have a hard time ahead of me”
“Finally I have time to rest, take care of myself and be with my partner” instead of “I am ill, I can’t do anything, I have to stay in bed and bore myself, although there’s so much to be done”
Are you curious enough to re-frame?
Are you courageous enough to re-frame?
Do you love life enough to re-frame?
Are you ready to do some steps out of your suffering?
Having drawn this card it is maybe time to release your feelings, before you start to re-frame?
Maybe it is time to share with some friends what could be a re-frame in everyone’s situation?
Maybe it is time to use the tool of re-framing whenever you feel stuck, unhappy or unsatisfied?
Maybe it is time to be grateful that you are able to help yourself with re-framing?
