Take a walk!
Taking a walk in nature refreshes our body and mind and helps to let go of negative thoughts, feelings and experiences.
– Give yourself a chance to go for a a walk this week! Take care that you have no duties afterwards so you can forget the time.
– Try out a ‘silent walk’! Do not speak but open your eyes and ears
– Try out a ‘grounding- walk’! Go very slowly and touch the earth consciously with every step.
