What do I need?
We need to know what we need in order to be balanced, satisfied and happy.
Often we complain, expect, blame and fight if we want to change unsatisfying situations.
But we are the only ones who can make changes by ourselves.
The first step however is to ask ourselves: “What do I need?”
Needs are ‘necessary’.
To live, our bodies need fresh air, food, clear water, shelter, sleep and regular movement.
There are of course other important needs reaching from the body level to the level of our minds and spirits.
Getting aware of our needs and communicating them in a peaceful way can make tremendous change as well as in daily life issues as in special moments which are important for the further developement of our lives.
What do you need to feel balanced?
What does your body need?
What do you need to feel peaceful?
How do you feel in your partnership, in your family, with your friends, with yourself, in your job, with the politics in your country?- What do you need to feel better in those relationships?
Do you need something from yourself, or from somebody else, or from both sides?
Realise that you are responsible for your needs.
