Where in my body do I feel blocks?
A body block is a region in our body where energies like blood circulation, breathing and movement can not flow freely. Body blocks arise mostly during childhood. As we live through different traumas, experiences and get a certain education, we start to hide feelings, stop to let certain body parts move freely and make our breathing shorter and more superficial.
Body- blocks can be manifested in the posture of a person, in the eyes of a person, in the mouth, in the shoulders, on the forehead, in the breathing, in the pelvis, in the jaw, in the joints, in the feet, etc.
How do you feel in your body? How is your body posture? What would it tell you if it could speak?
How are your eyes? What are they telling you?
What about your breathing, how far down reaches it into your body?
Are your shoulders relaxed?
If you look at yourself in the mirror, where is your body energy blocked, where does it flow?
What do the body parts, which are blocked, need? Do they need some stretching, do they need to relax, to move a lot, to get a full breathing?
Practise to have eye- contact with others, breathe deeply, do some Yoga, get hugs from people you love, or find some support like Acupuncture, Shiatsu or Reiki which are methods that support the free flow of energy in your body.
